TeleTracking Technologies

TeleTracking has provided hospitals with solutions for managing patient flow since 1991. When the time came to overhaul their underlying architecture, they wanted to ensure that they maximized user impact by working with Busse Design to redesign the full user experience. We began the project with an in depth kick-off with the TeleTracking Team and their chosen technology partner, immersing ourselves in their world. Next was interviewing users and observing them in their day-to-day work to understand not only how they used the software, but the workarounds they'd found for handling things the software didn't do. All of this information helped inform the new design, which included a new information architecture, interaction model and visual design.
