Press Ganey's eCompass solution helps hospitals across the country conduct patient satisfaction surveys and interpret the results. While the surveys were collecting vast amounts of important data, the eCompass interface was not optimized to easily analyze the results. Busse Design helped Press Ganey redesign the interface by interviewing existing users to understand their needs and usage patterns, and used this data to redesign the information architecture, and interaction model, while also updating to product's visual design to match the company's new brand.
