Busse Design is seeking a self motivated UI / UX designer with and great visual design skills.
This is a virtual office position, so you will have the option of either working from home or from our San Francisco office. If you’re the right fit, you’ll enjoy our independent yet supportive environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

You’re a talented human-centered interaction designer – with a portfolio to back this up. Your designs are innovative and about people and you’ve applied your skills to real-world human problems.
You have experience in website design, mobile, desktop and web application design, logo development, icon development as well as interactive presentation design and production.
You’re excited about exploring new interaction models.
You know the ropes when it comes to basic UX deliverables, including guidelines, specifications.
You live and breathe design and are self motivated to come up with new ideas on your own or to reach out to bounce your ideas of the team to collaborate.
You are familiar with working with a remote team
All candidates should include a link to their portfolio or provide work samples as part of the application process. Please indicate your role and contribution for each project submitted.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in application and website design, strong visual design skills, and are comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams as well as on their own.
Candidates should demonstrate an ability to work across a range of areas including: animation/interaction; product interaction; and software tools , such as Flash.
